About the Course

This course represents a huge leap in the skills of beginners in GIS, as the course contents are among the most needed topics in GIS projects. The course titles have been arranged carefully so that the trainee has a clear idea of how some aspects of GIS depend on others and how to execute GIS project tasks in a professional sequence.

In order to consolidate the information, the course relies heavily on intensive practical sessions and various examples. The learner is also enlightened about the most common challenges in the course topics and how to deal with them professionally. This course not only aims to provide the trainee with the most needed skills but also seeks to turn the trainee into a problem solver.

This is the second course in a series of three training courses that prepare the learner to obtain the ESRI GIS Fundamentals Foundation Certificate

تمثل هذه الدورة نقلة نوعية في مهارات المبتدئين في نظم المعلومات الجغرافية إذ أن محتويات الدورة تعتبر من أكثر المواضيع المستخدمة في المشاريع. وقد تم ترتيب عناوين الدورة بعناية فائقة حتى تتكون لدى المتدرب فكرة واضحة عن كيفية اعتماد بعض جوانب نظم المعلومات الجغرافية على الأخرى وكيفية ترتيب خطوات العمل في المشاريع بصورة مهنية.

من أجل ترسيخ المعلومة لدى المتدرب فإن الدورة تعتمد بشكل كبير على التطبيق العملي المكثف والـأمثلة المتنوعة كما يتم تنوير الدارس بأكثر التحديات شيوعاً في مواضيع الدورة وكيفية التعامل معها باحترافية. هذه الدورة لا تهدف لتزويد المتدرب بالمهارات وحسب وإنما تسعى لأن يكون المتدرب قادراً على حل مختلف أنواع المشاكل.
